Help us make it rightOptima Moving have been an excellent team. Positive attitude and careful in packing - ""white glove service"", everything was wrapped and kept very safe. They have been responsive and articulate in their packing. I have been very satisfied with the entire team and felt myself in great hands. It was a load off our minds to have someone else do the moving and heavy lifting, we all very grateful for professional packing and delivery.
Do not use this company. I booked a move in the afternoon and, despite receiving confirmation with Stefan, the movers never showed. When they finally answered my call (the 8th time I'd called them that day) way past the time they were supposed to arrive, I was informed that I was not on the schedule and that they could not move me that day. They seemed to expect that it wouldn't be a problem to move it to the next day. Unprofessional and incredibly disorganized.
My movers were fantastic. They were professional, friendly, hard-working and very careful. They informed me of all costs up front and did an excellent job packing and unpacking. Outstanding and very careful job; they brought everything in so fast and neatly, put things in the right places. I highly recommend those four men.

On a day full of stress, it was incredibly nice to have a crew of movers who were professional in every way possible. Rodrigo and his crew took charge of our move and made every effort to ensure that our furniture arrived at our new home unharmed. They came on the holiday, when all other moving companies refused to move us even in case of our emergency.
