Stay away from Essilor's Opti-Craft lab in Portland. we had glass frames sent up for lenses and then they tell us they don't use those lenses. then we asked them to send back the frames to the optical store in California where we bought them and they didn't send it out. we called and reminded them two days later;they sent them out and they sent one pair to the correct location and our second glass frames went to a incorrect different store --so the whole process took a week and a half just to get the frames back from the lab couldn't find where they were ; didn't know if they received them ; didn't know if they sent them out ; couldn't account for why why they sent them to the wrong place ;poor poor quality control poor poor management poor poor customer relations do yourself a favor and go to the Zeiss lab instead; and finally, when leaving the complaint and request for assistance with Essilor's CEO/President, Mr. Leonard, no response.
