Mall is huge, but nothing special. The stores do not have "outlet" prices, most of the stores are overpriced. And, its really aggravating when you can't walk from one store to the other without being harassed by the people in the kiosks, trying to give you some type of lotion!! I grew up on the west coast watching Hee Haw and Grand O'Opry events on TV my whole life and now to be living right next to the O'Opry with my wife is a amazing... Love it!!!

This mail has been open for a few years now and they still haven't fixed the traffic problems around it. Sometimes it can take an hour or more just to get into the parking lot.

Overpriced & too hard to find double-seated kid karts.. maintenance didn't speak English to help, kiosk keepers didn't know anything, & customer service didn't either. Not including individual shops- selection is plentiful & there's lots to do. Wish there were a fun, motorized option for getting around the mile-long mall, though.. the hard floors kill my body.. *cries on the inside*
