I am so sad to have to write this review. I hired Craig Ballew of Open Window Productions and was informed that we would receive our DVD in 6 months, we picked our 3 songs, and on Nov 18th 2013 he emailed me stating he was almost finished and he would have it in the mail that week. It never arrived and that was the very last email I have recieved from him. At that time it was close to Thanksgiving, so I waited until after to contact him letting him know I never received it & if it was sent could I have a tracking number to check with the carrier service.
