I have only tried the Taco Salad, but really enjoyed it so it has been my selection on return visits.
They have a salad bar which appears to be very popular. Entrees options change daily as well.

Each time I have eaten at the Oneok Cafe, I am pleasantly reminded of the many positive aspects of eating lunch in this location. It is clean and offers a variety of foods. I don't eat there enough. The food is always freshly prepared and the presentation is very professional.

A Surprise. I heard about this cafeteria on OkFoodie on KRMG, and thought I would give it a try. the radio host had called it "Tulsa's best kept culinary secret". I try to eat here at least twice a week. Sometimes they have pretty good soups on the salad bar. The grill area is also excellent. Service is alway friendly and hardly ever a line to check out.

Over the past year or so things have improved DRASTICALLY at this cafeteria, I eat here almost daily now. There is a great variety of choices and the hot entree is usually something outstanding. You get a 'sit-down' restaurant quality meal for a very reasonable price. The salad bar is 45 cents an ounce which can add up pretty quickly, but everything on it is fresh and tasty. Good soups, too!
