They need to be completely upfront and honest about the nature of the loan. I was told that I was approved for a certain amount, but turned out that I was approved for twice that, but the balance was being used to refinance my car! They never told me they were doing that until I was in the office signing the papers. Due to circumstances, I desperately needed the money so went forward with...

I worked with the office in Richardson,TX. They constantly mess things up when it comes to information that needs to be updated. The guy hung up on me and the manager for that week said "oh well." They don't give you all the information you need from the beginning and the facts change depending on who you speak with. They gave me one quote and when I signed the papers the loan had a higher...
