The first time I took my 1 year old dog there to be neutered. When I went to pick him up I noticed he was limping and they said this was 'normal' and just to keep and eye on him. The first time I went there they were great but this last time I took my two kittens and it went well but when I paid my bill it was more then I thought when I called they charged more for three cats and pretty much blamed it on me and was very rude that they had to give me my money back even though I am the one who had to drive 30 minute to get the money back on my card
As far as I could tell, they treated my labradoodle well, but the place absolutely reeks! It smelled like a zoo where no one has cleaned the animal cages in weeks. And my dog smelled just like that as we brought her home from being spayed (we just got home). There was some kind of "kah kah" on her backside that smelled just like the clinic did.
