Overall, I was very satisfied with the level of service and instruction provided in the course. The staff at the training facility was very professional, courteous, and treated me and the other students with respect. I have been to other Law Enforcement, Firearms, and security courses and there seems to be a trend of instructors belittling students with condescending attitudes. This is not the case with On Target. If you use their services, I am sure you will be more than satisfied. My next course of instruction will be the BATON/OC/TAZER course. If any on knows where Rich moved his office to please inform me because there are some bright kids looking to become guards. I've tried calling Riches phone but no answer. I went through Rich a couple years ago and wont recommend anyone else.

Rich is a great firearms instructor. His course is relevant, simple, and efficient. Last, his prices are very reasonable.
