My naive husband stumbled into this place by accident. Ordered the cheapest lenses for $164 from them. When i found out, we called and canceled the order within hour of him making the mistake just for them to say no cancelation allowed. Seriously, we didn't call days after, we called the same freaking day. And the order was not even rush order, the glasses were going to be ready in a week. This...

Horrible Experience

I went in for my yearly check up and when I questioned the co pay (my insurance told me initially I didn't have one) Henry, the owner totally lost it. Yelling at me and and getting even angrier when I insisted on double checking with my insurance company. Even while I was on the phone with my insurance company he continued yelling at me so I couldn't hear what the representative was saying. Horrible experience, I will never go back.
