The city's largest hotel commands considerable attention over Providence's compact downtown with a pair of dramatic, multi-turreted 25-story towers connected by skywalks to the convention center and Providence Place. Rooms have reproduction period furniture, and some king-size beds; many have views of the State House. Located on site are Fleming's Steakhouse and the Italian restaurant Centro....

This is easily the city's most important hotel, with a luxurious interior and a downtown location. Skyways connect the hotel with the Providence Place mall and the convention center. Bedrooms are equipped with the patented Heavenly Bed sheets, pillows, and mattresses. The architectural grandeur of the lobby rotunda and other public spaces is only improved by the sunny dispositions of the staff....

Beautiful hotel, with terrible noise on the 8th floor, which is also the pool level. There were a lot of kids, up almost all night, which, means my wife and I got almost no sleep. Doors slamming at 2,3,4 am. Kids were back up at 6 am. It was a horrible experience

Had a fantastic experience at the Omni in Providence. I typically stay there when on business in the area. This time it appears that they stepped it up a notch. Check-in was speedy. Bed was comfy. Check out was easy. My time back in the hotel room was very relaxing.

The employees here are friendly, accommodating, helpful and generally make the stay excellent. Hallways seemed to be noisy but I think that was just a loud group on our floor and not a reflection of the hotel itself. Great location, very reasonable. Very clean as well. Will stay again on returning. Absolutely.

A very nice hotel that is somewhat like Providence itself; a little faded but still with lots of character. Good sized rooms, polite staff, good restaurants, large gym, convenient location. Probably the best place I have stayed when visiting Providence.

Beautiful hotel in a great location. We love to walk around the cities we visit, and the Omni Providence is ideally suited for this. As well, Providence is also a "foodie" city, so lots of terrific restaurants and pubs within an easy stroll. The hotel is beautiful, and the staff is first-rate - as friendly as you would want them...
