When you call them, expect to be cut off and given a lesson.

I called looking to give them business. Instead of listening and than asking questions, this lady will try to finish your question.

After being told "no she didn't have any", she than asks if I want new or old. I thought she just said she didnt have any?

Than she asks if I knew there were old ones and new ones, HUH? ...
