What A Joke !

These people are the worst. I lost a day of work hanging around for their tow truck, that never came !!!! When I calledthem all I got was excuses, and more excuses. Each one being more creative than the last. A total waste of my time. Trysome one else.

Why be in buisness?.

Why make an appointment, if no one bothers to show up. We waited , and waited, and no tow truck.We spoke to the company, and were told one lie, followed by another ( in broken english) At the end of the day, we still had our car.I DO NOT RECOMMEND TO ANYONE.

very, very, unreliable

Almost comical.We were told a truck was on the way to pick up our junk car for three straight days. Every call was a different story.Why treat a customer like this? We called another junk yard, and they picked it up 2 hour later.

Be afraid, be very afraid....

I called these guys to pick up and buy our car. I described the condition, and answered all their questions, and agreed on the price.When they arrived at my house ( 2 hours late ) it was a whole different story. They now wanted to pay $100 less then the deal we had made. I should have read the other reviews, and not wasted my time with these guys.

big hassle

I sold this company my car several months ago. I was told at that time, this vehicle was going to be junked,and never on the road again. Guess what? We have now received 4 different parking tickets. I am very angry about this. When I call them they are very evasive.They hardly speak english and really dont care. Dont let this happen to you.
