Help us make it rightfirst I misunderstood time frame but I managed to wait but heard from my office that they were on their way this time frame was 12pm so still waiting 1pm comes and still no technician I called and spoke to reception who is telling me that her boss Perry stated its not an emergency but understood still at least say were a little backed up please bare with us. no I end up speaking to him telling him it's over 4 hours and it's unacceptable that your giving us the run around and I will inform my office that service wasn't up to par and we are going to be looking for another source and he stated ok let me know so I can cancel my guy who is going to you. I said no I'm still waiting for him. 6hrs later he shows up to tell me that part needs to be replaced. mind you I'm here since 9 -3 go figure I'm done.
