Called Olson for an estimate on a window and siding project. It took two week to get a quote after calls and emails and still all he gave me is a quote for windows, siding never done. I emailed the salesman in question about this issue, never got a response. Of course I went ahead with another company. my recommendation to management will be to be more responsive to customers.

Just had 2 windows replaced and it was like they were not even there. Clean, neat and on time. Dave Depinto was a pleasure to deal with and Scott Olson made sure all went well and it did! Great installation, Great windows and a great company to deal with!!!
