WELCOME TO NORTHWEST OHIO VISION CENTER Northwest Ohio Vision Center has been operating in downtown Bryan, Ohio for nearly 75 years. The practice was started by Dr. Frederick W Richardson in 1939. In 1976 Dr. Keith Woodard joined the practice followed by Dr. Robert Hill in 1993. In 1995 Dr. Thomas Olnhausen merged his practice with Northwest Ohio Vision Center where he continued to see patients...
