well i just wanted to say i had a completely different experience-i had totally forgotten my sisters birthday-called them at the last minute and was able to get a quick delivery -mixed flowers in a vase-all the last minute. i have bought there before just in the store and always had a good experience-this was the first time i had a delivery and all went well.

Very rude - and didn't deliver!

I ordered flowers my SIL from here because they advertise free delivery. Want to know why it's free? Because they don't deliver AT ALL. No, they never delivered them - nor did they bother to CALL ME and tell me that they weren't delivered. When I called to ask, the owner was extremely rude and defensive. He offered no apology, just weak excuses and a bad attitude. Worse, I had to ask for a refund. DO NOT SHOP HERE! Terrible, terrible business.
