Great Food, Bad Booth

I ate here yesterday with a friend before the Peter Frampton concert.
We were greeted promptly and asked for a booth.
After we had been sitting for about 5 minutes it both ft like we were sitting on springs.
Our server however was wonderful and the food absolutely delicious.
I would come back here to eat but will ask for...

After having a few other Italian places suggested to us I decided on Olive Garden, which, by the way, was not even mentioned. Big Mistake. I used to work here as a server in 2000 and the food was really good. What happened? Aside from the lemonade and breadsticks, I couldn't believe how much it had gone downhill.

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants and prefer to support the local mom and pop restaurants whether it's cheap eating or fine dining. The food is "usually" always of better quality and prepared just right. Olive Garden is an exception though. I always find that the dishes I order seem to be of better quality and prepared just right...

Its entirely possible that it was YOUR hair. If the manager tells you that no one in the kitchen has hair that long, well then you have to start looking for people with LONG HAIR!!!! As humans we shed HUNDREDS of hairs a week. SO its NOT beyond the scope of imagination that it was YOUR hair or a hair that was floating around. Does it change the fact that there is a hair in your food?? NOPE!!!!...

I ate lunch there in Olive Garden Shreveport on July 5th 2014 at 1:30pm and found hair in my pasta. When the manager came to apologize, instead of just apologizing, she said "Nobody in the kitchen had hair that long" (and my hair was long). She should have apologized and move on but telling a customer discreetly that it is her fault was very unprofessional and rude. I felt violated and upset....
