Mid-week dinner. Arrived about 7:15PM. Seated promptly - and it's all downhill from there...
Waited 25 minutes to be greeted by a waiter - 15 minutes in I realized there was a "call server" button on the table-top order screen. I pressed it it watched it blink for 10 minutes while seemingly ignored by the wait staff.

The most horrible experience..the salad was wilted...the waiter didn't care that I pointed out to him...will never again! All of the dishes we had tasted bad!

Here's the deal... if you ANYTHING about Italian food, anything at all, you will be completely disappointed. You know the one thing that's good here? Their breadsticks. That's it. And you should fill up on these things before you taste anything else.

There is nothing particularly wrong with Olive Garden if you live in Iowa. It is a mass produced, chain restaurant,with an interpretation of what Italian food taste like.
