Garbage, everything is pre cooked to order. Boil in the bag, There is no real chef, except to cut up and make the salad. Wait, that's even served out of a bag. Real italian people will even tell you it's a fraud, and cheap fast food served at a higher price.
If you want authentic, go to Italy!

I was at the restaurant on Thursday, May 8, 2014 and Bethany was my server. After my first bowl of soup, when asked if I wanted another I said no...and she replied "smart choice." I am a morbidly obese woman. Would she have said that to someone not my size? I don't know. I am used to being talked down to or treated differently because of my size, so I wasn't as offended as I maybe should...
