Always loved this chain but this particular branch has just been a disappointment time and time again. Our snotty waitress seemed like she couldn't be bothered and just about threw our plates down...

I've only been here two times and I've received basic service. Not excellent, but not bad either. The portions are big and I have not had any disappointments with any of the dishes.

Loved this restaurant. The meals were very good with an unlimited amount of bread sticks. The prices are very reasonable and the service was impeccable.

The entrees are yummy! The bread sticks are to die for and the huge salad that they give you is very fresh. The only down side is that on weekends their is always a wait. When your hungry its a bummer to have to wait 1/2 and hour or more.

Typical franchise, "so called italian food". Typical spot for people who believe this is "fine dining". I do believe it's a great spot for families and people who just want some frozen-cooked italian food.
