We have lived in different apartment complexes and by far our time (2 years) here at Old Town has been one that we would recommend to anyone. Whenever we have had to call maintenance that have come within 24 hours of the time we put the request in. Old Town on the Monon has been a very pleasant/ safe place to live. The maintanace and management (Lindsay) has gone above and beyond to meet my needs. I would suggest anyone to move to this beautiful community.

I am not kidding when i say this is the best place i have ever lived! The people are so nice, being right near shopping, resturants, and bars is so much fun!

I recently moved into a townhome here at Old Town. So far my experiences here have been overall good. The office staff is very friendly and helpful, which is a welcome change from my last place. I've only had two small maintenance requests put in, and both were taken care of same day. Good price, nice layout, and so far it seems to be a safe place. As i guy, i will say, there are nice chicks living here. As a renter, i will say that i'm glad i'm here. Its perfect city living and its affordable, clean and i love it.
