Our 2 1/2 yr old grandson had fun when we asked him. We got to see 2 bats. Better than expected. Log cabin gift shop rustic. Sam the dog was friendly.

The Old Spanish Treasure cave is a local attraction that brings in school children, and adults of all ages. It is a fairly easy walk as long as you wear some non-skid footwear.
Bring your own flashlight. Bring a camera.

Better than expected, welcome break from the heat

My husband and our children ages 8 and 11 decided to check out this cave in a whim. It was located about 20min outside Bella Vista, Arkansas.
First impression was the cabin looked a little sketchy, but upon entering the gift shop there were some cool locally found rocks and geodes at reasonable prices.

I remember going to this cave as a child. It still has the same charm! Worth a stop--just double check the days it is open.

My husband and I were recommended to this cave by some friends who live around locally. We weren't told much except that when we said we wanted to explore a cave, this was the first one that came to mind.
