I don't like this place the customers service sucks employees treat you bad like if you were going to steal something I go to any other location except for this one

Convenient craft store and great for some stuff. The selection is a bit limited if you ask me. I think Joann's just has more stuff. Like someone mentioned before I sometimes have trouble finding things quickly. The staff is mostly doing cashiering which is efficient for checkout but not many on the floor to help. Other than that great service and reps.

Since this Michael's location is convenient, I stop by frequently to pick up supplies. The selection always leaves more to be desired. Can always find what I am looking for BUT by myself and or if I have to go hunt someone down. It was nice when I came to pay that I brought the wrong coupon and the cashier gave me the one I meant to bring. Great customer service.
