Had an HSA account Retired so closed account. FYI they charge retired people who will no longer use account $25.00 to close, Go elsewhere for HSA not friendly to retirees

After forgetting to write down a purchase, I saw we had a negative balance. I called to ask about it and got a central automated system. I chose the main branch in Lafayette. The man on the phone said there were 7 debits within the 2 days the account was overdrawn. Two direct depoits had already been added, giving us a positive balance. I made a mistake by forgetting about an automatic payment coming out of my account. This caused a couple of small debits to make my account negative. I called in order to make sure I deposited enough to bring my account up to date including all pending charges. It's $38 for each overdraft, so it adds up quickly. Very poor customer service!!!!!!!! Called LSB to talk with the local brank. Calls go to a service center (not local) explained what I needed, then I was asked what bank, stated downtown bank, was asked, the address. Local representative would know what branch is downtown.
