Despite having requested outdoor seating we were placed in a noisy booth in the bar area. A young woman and 2 toddlers were let in and out through the exit door, sat in the booth behind us. The toddlers screamed the entire meal. Neither the woman or any of the employees did anything to encourage them to stop. No apologies were made. Came to Old Ebbitt for a long birthday brunch and it did not disappoint. The booth seating is comfortable and private, and allowes for a more intimate brunch than some other DC restaurants.
