I'm from the Bay Area and have also lived in L.A. so I'm picky about where I eat sushi and chinese food. Now that I live in Palm Springs I only eat at Okura. The sushi is fresh and it's really good. The food is affordable and we make sure we go for the all-you-can eat option at the bar. The sushi chefs and staff are really nice and make us feel like family when we come in. LOVE IT!!!

Try the Tommy Flanagan roll,it's the best roll in Palm Springs!!.....The Bomb!!

I'm a local and live in Palm Springs. I ate at Okura approx. a year ago because I had out of town guest who requested we try Okura for Dinner. Not only was the food below standard, but the service was poor to say the least. I stopped by and spoke with the manager of the restaurant a few days later and shared with him my concerns and felt as a business owner myself he would want to be aware...
