Butchered my son's hair!

I took my son here to get his hair trimmed and shaped. Unfortunately, we got a very inexperienced stylist and she destroyed my son's hair. We were growing it long and just needed a shaping up. It literally looks like he did it himself! For $30.00! The bangs are crooked and way too short, whole sections missing (!!) and all uneven. This is really upsetting in such a high-end salon! They will fix it free within 7 days but I'd rather go elsewhere! Big mistake.

As usual I had a wonderful experience at Oksana. Jamie is fabulous and everyone else there goes out of their way to make you comfortable. Love my new haircut and I wish I had found Oksana sooner. 5 stars!!
