My 5 year old granson liked it from the beginning and is now working on his 3rd degree Black Belt. As a result I joined my grandson and I am now an over 65 in great shape and working on my 3rd degree Black Belt. It has hwlped me to keep my weignt fown and improved my tennis game. In between studying Tai Chi as a future instructor. A Great school w/ Great instructors.
