My husband and I rented a house in Las Vegas for two years that was managed by Oishis. We had nothing but good experiences with them. First off, they are very organized. They provided us with a folder containing all the information we needed about the house, as well as a copy of our lease. Any time we needed anything fixed, they responded quickly and professionally. I moved out this summer, and got $993 back from my deposits out of $1400+, I didn't clean outside of vaccuming, but I got all my stuff out on time, and met with Shari and her assistant(chris???).
