While they advertise a 10 minute change, that only applies if you're the only person there. Each time I've gone here it's taken at least 30 minutes. There's not much they can screw up here as long as you stick to the basic oil change, which is exactly what you should do. I would never let these guys touch anything else - let your regular mechanic or dealer take care of the other services they...

Awesome oil change! Nice guys and extremely fast service! I brought my VW in here earlier today and was treated great right from the time I pulled up. They had my car done in under 10 min. I'm only taking my car here for oil changes from now on. Thanks Pennzoil Redmond!
