I have only been to the Dallas location but they were super helpful! They bound and copied several manuals for me and did it very inexpensively and so fast!!! I will never go to kinkos again!!!

I won't bore everyone with the full details of my dealings with the folks at this place except to say that they are the rudest, most incompetent people I have had to deal with in a long time.

I mean heck why would anyone be rude to potential customers?? It doesn't make sense.

I dealt with two different employees at this place. One was extremely rude, and the other although less rude was totally incompetent.

Do not waste your time or money at this place. If they had at least been polite I wouldn't have taken the time to write this but I can't understand the rudeness.

I have been going to the Office Machines off of 635 and Preston for years do get their 2 cent copies. I needed to have a bigger job done for work so I went to the one in Addison since they make banners. Terrible idea. I went into their store, spoke with an employee about the banner. She told me to email her a blueprint of what I wanted and they would respond back telling me what the next steps would be. One week had passed and I still did not receive a response. So I called them and was met with a rude employee who continuously gave me attitude. She said that no one had seen my email. Does...
