Offenbachers has the worst customer service I have ever dealt with. If you happen to deal with Mark Schmidt at 301-881-8565, you'll be dealing with one of the least intelligent district managers a retail store has ever seen. Poor Customer Service

I went to the columbia store to purchase a outdoro seating area and dining table. The staff treated me as if I was invisible. I wasn't able to get anyone to assist me. Very poor customer service. I wouldn't recommend shopping there.

We looked at their collection here and they do have a lot to look at - all the latest styles and such. Grills and fireplaces too. But they are very expensive. We ended up going to our local warehouse store to buy a set.
