STAY AWAY!! THIS GUY IS INCOMPETENT AND DISHONEST. I paid him $115 to help me find how rodents were getting into my house and to send me a report on how to get rid of them. He 'couldn't find' how they were getting into the house, and 7 weeks later I still have not received my 'report.' I called him to complain, he said the report was--what else--'in the mail.'
