Definitely the last time we will be visiting here. Had to ask for refills multiple times before we were even acknowledged. Only to be told they were out of tea as multiple other waitresses and waiters were serving tea to the other customers. The steak tasted like straight charcoal. Lookie here...this Griffin restaurant used to be pretty dang good. I've lived here for 6 years and have been once every couple months. As of the past 3 years, this joint has has really gone into the toilet.
The employee handbook must encourage team members to do the least amount of work possible to make it through the evening.

Worst service ever. Our beer was bad, steaks dry, forgot our bread, manager forgot he had our check so I had to wait 20 minutes just to pay, drinks never refilled, and my child's grilled cheese was old.... Like bad old. Tipped the waitress just because I didn't want to wait for my change.
