We dine at O'charley's at least once a week at the restaurant in Douglasville. The General Manager and Staff are the best in town! The food is always good. There is not another restuarant in town that provides excellant service as O'charley's.

Long waits on Customer seating, and also couldn't supply weekend special of Prime Rib, on the only the second day they out, we were there for lunch. This happened more than once and the service was lousy. Manager apologized with no compensation. Great family restaurant, good menu and good drink menu. The rolls are to die for so watch out and the service was good also.
