No mocha of any kind. Thought I was at a real Starbucks. And their chip reader isn't working yet. No napkins out and the counter was dirty.

Still the worst Starbucks in Columbia. Staff are incapable of making half of the drinks on the menu. Staff are very slow and this location is consistently understaffed. Corporate really needs to...

Ordered. No water chai latte. Tasted somewhat flat....like maybe they added the water or didn't add enough chai.
