My Geo 2 is still losing time. Was told to update the firmware to fix the problem, but the last update on your website i...s from 6/4/13. Have been on the site and downloaded and installed everything multiple times... still no fix. How am I suppose to feel safe diving with a computer that can't even keep time???See More

They don't care about their products after you shelled out the big bucks to buy them... Won't even reply to anyone on he...re.... Problems with my Pro Plus 2 flimsy computer cable.. They don't even bother to reply.. At ALL.... All my Gear is Oceanic..... I am going to phase it all out now.. No support from the Co. I have been diving since 1986 and have run 2 dive company's... Back to Aqualung.....

My 2nd OCS within a year malfunctioned (flooded) over the weekend after numerous emails and contact via Facebook no one ...has gotten back to me with any help what so ever. Clearly do not care for carrying about any post sale help, c'mon guys 4 days is sufficient to get back to a concerned customer who has had 2 of your so called safe and reliable instruments with 12 month warranties fail mid...
