Good price and location, wouldn't stay long

location - right on the beach. price - really good compared to everywhere else. good place to get in and get out...stayed for only 1 night. Probably could have stayed for 2 nights, but just to sleep and nothing else. Nice that they have a small fridge (used) and stove (didn't use)...you get what you pay for. parking is horrendous...

After 60+ years in business, the last remaining motel on Collins Ave. in Sunny Isles is closed. I just finished a stay there 4/26 to 4/31 and was informed that as of 5/1/2012 the motel has new owners who plan to demolish the building and put yet another skyscraper condo complex in its place.
