Delayed my service, putting me out days more than necessary. When I got my PC back it was very much not what I would have expected from a professional service. Something to consider.

I recommend OCC Services to all of my friends with small to medium size businesses, so I thought I would share my great experience with my internet friends as well.
We have an in house IT guy, but when we continued to have problems with our email and servers, we decided we needed some extra man power. OCC Services responded quickly, worked great with our in house IT, and solved the problem effortlessly.

I highly recommend the expert service from OCC Computer Repair Services that I received, and it took them very little time!

fast, smart, and friendly

My desktop was running so slow that I couldn't get any work done so I called OCC and there was a friendly, smiling tech fixing me up within an hour. He did his thing and within minutes my computer was running faster than when I bought it! He said that there was alot of stuff that came with the computer that really bogs it down. Then he installed a free program that will watch for viruses that he says will run faster and work better than the Norton program I had been paying for!

He even connected my printer to my wireless network and showed me how I can print documents from my laptop...
