The Fayetteville Observer website is not user friendly at all; it is difficult to navigate and their subscription services are one of the most out of date that I've encountered. Some of the reporting is really good, e.g. Greg Barnes. It's unfortunate that the paper's leadership doesn't make it easier to subscribe to and read the paper online

The worst service ever! My G'ma has been getting this paper for over 18 years & NOW they can't find her house to deliver it. However, the bill sure does make it. Honestly tired of all the click bait from the website. I have gone to 2 separate links from my phone and was redirected to a page about winning an Apple Watch and the second one stated I had 6 viruses on my phone and all of my items/SIM card would be deleted if I didn't click OK.
