This was my first apartment ever... I lived there in 1993 to 1995. I burned a light bulb size hole in my carpet, I thought I would try to be slick and try to cut a piece of carpet from the closet and tape it to the floor of the missing carpet. I'm a Property Manager now and I know exactly why I didn't get my deposit refunded. However, you could of sent me a letter thanking me you took my money.

The neighborhood leaves a little bit to be desired, but Grace Keel, the manager, is fantastic and makes you feel more than welcome.
