No place for kids to play, Bad Roach problems and rats. Office accuses you of things that aren't true... You can have no visitors or they tell you you have to many people in and out.... It's like living on housing even if you paying full rent... Look else where cant wait to get out this place sux....
I have been living at the Oaks on Bandera with my kids, since July 2009, AND I am so happy with the changes that have been happening since the NEW OWNERS & MANAGERS took over(IN January 2010), progress was slow at the beginning, but getting better all the time. I did have to learn how to be patient... but I'm willing to wait and have a place were my family feels safer. The new owners still need...
This place is nasty, they have a pool that is filled with stagnant green water and a ton of West Nile mosquitoes. A lot of drug dealing going on out in the open.
where do i start 15 yrs ago it didint used to be that bad, they had a manager or managers that gave a damn at one time. but now adays they dont give a damn it is drug dealers there more then there was in the 90`s now its just horrible and very unsafe. dont raise your kids there you will regret it.
I lived here for 1 year ad had the worst experience ever!!!! My children and i had to live with rats! Our water was [always] shut off without notice, the maitenece people would never show up to fix [anything]! My childrens room cought on fire due to an electrical shortage. There is always trash everywhere. The office people do not care about the apartments or their tenants, only thing they care...
This apartment community was built in 1972 and has 2 stories with 207 units.
