My husband and I are currently renting a one bedroom apartment and we love it. It's very clean here and the kitchen has granite counter tops. The clubhouse is really nice and clean as well with a nice pool, gym, and gameroom. My only reason I rated it 4 stars instead of 5 is because maintenance requests are a little slow to fill.
The apartment was brand new when I moved in. The apartment itself is very large and well laid out. The appliances were all brand new, but some of the finishings in the apartment appear to have been rushed. The crown molding stops abruptly near corners and there is a small crack in the wall that appears to have been spackled over before I moved in. The pool area is on the small side, but nice....
The oaks at northpointe is a fine community. My boyfriend and I have lived here for over a year now and absolutely love it. Everyone in the community is kind, including the staff, they are all down to earth individuals. If there ever was an issue it was addressed and resolved in a timely manner, from any questions one may have to needing something fixed. I love this place.
