I had a horrible and completely unprofessional experience this afternoon. I simply needed the locks changed to my office building as it is under renovation. I called the office at 8:00AM and confirmed a 2:00PM meeting time with the locksmith, and the secretary informed me that I would be called fifteen minutes prior to the locksmith arriving and to make sure that I was on site.
