My girlfriend and I have lived here for close to a year and we have experienced a variety of problems. The manager is one of the most shadiest people I have ever met. He once told us we couldn't park in our own grass because our neighbor had complained and when we went to apologize to our neighbor we found out he didn'y have a problem with it at all. We turn in our rent checks and they don't get cashed for nearly a month. We don't get any kind of rent receipt and if we pay late we don't get an enclosed notice, but instead get a little yellow post-it note on our door, that everyone can see, ...
