Annoying alarm

I'm just a neighbor, but I have to deal with their obnoxious alarm every damn day. They have their front and side door rigged to set off an alarm every time the door is opened. We believe they're in breach of noise ordinance and have asked them to turn it off, but they claim that it helps them keep track of their residents. But from 5:30am until well after Midnight there are alarms blaring every couple minutes...every time someone opens a door to take a break, take the trash out, etc. They're a nuisance and their alarm can't really serve any real purpose when it goes off over a 100 times a...

They have an alarm that sounds every time anyone ever opens one of the two main doors to the facility. So from 5:30am until well after midnight there is a blaring alarm that sounds any time ANYONE opens a door, whether it's for taking out the trash, or going to take a break. It's supposed to help keep track of the residents, but it's just a nuisance.
