Good place for your money.you pay for what you get. Maintenance sucks. It takes 2-3 wks to get stuff fixed leave alone that you have to call over and over again before they show up to fix it. .

I have been at this location for 1 1/2 yrs so far. At first I thought the price was decent. However, I quickly became very dissatisfied with my apartments. We have changed staff and management several times. They have let the grass die. My rent went up about $100 the first year, and if I stay will go up again. Friendly staff, awful maintenance

Moved in 5 months ago, in that time, my building's foundation has proved unsteady, causing a water leak and most of the doors inside my apartment to stop closing and locking properly. Opened a ticket for my front door not locking, maintenance arrived promptly, stated "I don't know what to do. I come back in the morning" and left. I have lived here for three years, just signed my lease for the Fourth. The apartment complex has done nothing but improve over the past 3 years.

Addressing some of the other comments from google:
Rent has been raised by absurd amounts if you live in an older apartment, they are remodeling the old apartments and making them...beautiful. They raise your rent to what a new apartment would cost...
