This place is dirty and disgusting the manager is a female dog. She always snaps at you. there maintenance people that can't speak English. Things will be broken and you won't get fixed until two weeks later whenever your request for maintenance. The apartment is bein filled with ghetto people who think they are thugs and rappers. There are trash everywhere. There will be drug dealing outside...

I currently live here and it's the worst apartment complex I've ever lived in, in my whole life. Management sucks! They are rude and always think their right. Joann in particular. It's like we were given the crappy apartment. Everything has broke since we've moved in. That's not a joke. Garbage disposal, were on our 4th dryer, etc. when getting one of our four dryers delievered I wasn't home...

I lived here before the current owners had it...before the new look. The major reason I moved out awhile back was because it was so outdated. When I moved back into town, to start my new job, I drove back here and I was very surprised! The insides have been compeletly redone, looks so nice. We lived @ Oak Falls for 3 years in an up-stairs 2/2 unit. We had constant issues w/our ac and when management decided to finally replace our ac - maint did not install it correctly. Our apartment would not cool off in the summer & we were miserable. It was a very happy day for us when we left Oak Falls.
