Cordial, concerned, attentive and seemingly knowledgeable. Dr Mraz was easy to work with, listened attended my needs in a professional manner not usually experienced in an emergency room atmosphere. She was thorough and appropriate in her responses to my condition.

Dr.Mraz's straightforward approach, and compassion make her a perfect match for an emergency situation. Though direct and assertive there is also the presence of warm, compassion, and a love of humanity that shines through. I am thankful for the experience of engaging with her.
