too expensive, small portions, slow service

I work nearby this cafe and it seems like they're too busy to keep organized. even when I call my order in about 30 minutes in advance the food's not ready when I get there. They forget to include dressings for the salad, or croutons if I ask for extra. The food tastes OK, but I"m just getting tired of such slow service

Located in a small strip mall near the 5 Freeway and Lake Forest Drive, NYC Café shines like a “big apple”. Don’t let the white exterior discourage you. The interior is bright and colorful. Beautiful deli salads are displayed near the cashier. The service is courteous and friendly. They are happy to help you with any questions you might have.
